Can I install the latest version while I have a subscription license?
Yes, a subscription license will keep you always up to date with the latest version of SimLab Composer.
What happens when my subscription ends?
You can renew your subscription (auto-renewal option is available), you can also change your subscription plan ( Composer Edition ), or you can cancel it.
Can I get a refund for my subscription?
You can get a refund within the first 30 days of your first-year subscription.
After that, you can cancel future renewals, but your current subscription will remain active until it expires.
How can I activate my license?

How can I manage my floating license?
The floating license needs to be installed on a stable server machine, accessible by the users of the application. Users can check out licenses from the server in parallel equal to the number of licenses bought and installed. Once a license is checked out by a user, it can be used continuously without interruption. Other users can use the license as soon as the first user checks it back in.
System administrators should contact license@simlab-soft.com to receive information for installing and configuring the SimLab Floating server.
What happens to my models when my subscription ends?
Your uploaded models will be frozen for 30 days, they will not be available for other users until you renew your subscription. If you don't renew for 30 days, all of your models will be deleted.
How can I increase my uploading limits?
You can buy many keys corresponding to as much you want to raise your cloud capacity since the capacity will keep adding up with new keys, your expiration date will not be affected.
How many keys do I need to buy to renew my subscription?
You need to buy a number of keys that cover your usage at least.
Can I get a free trial license for SimLab Composer?
